Im studying in manila and will bring my dog with me, im wondering if there is a cheap and quality vet clinics in manila somewhere near vito cruz or makati? The one which i can have easy access with, since i dont have my own car.. Plus, I like to go to the cheaper ones for vaccines and antirabies because I'l get the money from my allowance. Thanky you!
